this is a great tv. i so appreciate samsung products for their quality and ease of use. i tried and returned an lg tv which was a nightmare to set up and never would connect to the internet. this samsung crystal uhd curved tv was a true plug-n-play device. the picture and sound is wonderful. the ability to use one remote for all functions plus voice control are major pluses. i expect to get many years of enjoyment from this tv!

when i first bought the tv it was great picture quality is pretty okay for what im paying for but i noticed all late about that it, it judders most of the time when im watching a practically anything that involves with a show moving to fast like its pretty obvious too. also ive been having problems with the wifi connection to the tv i checked twice already with my provider but its the tv itself at first the tv wouldnt connect to the wifi we had to setup wifi like it was new & then eventually it would be connected but would be slow to connect. later i contacted samsung to get it fixed they sorta fixed it my tv's system is just slower now & doesnt perform like it did since the first day. overall im just sad about the picture quality as well. bummed out because i was excited to get this tv

the picture is great but the sound sucks i have to bring up the volume up to 18 just to hear it if you put on 10 you can bearly hear it. i had the samsung tech here and he said that nothing is wrong thats normal for the tv so he put it on amplyfi and its a little better i would save my money and get a differant model

this tv has a awsome picture quality and makes playing my playstation very enjoyable. i would have given this tv 5 stars but i have two problems with it. alexa only works right some of the time. some times you ask her to do something like getting the guide or open an app and she will say she is soung it but doesn't. secondly it will not work with my ring doorbell. the first day i had it it worked perfect but ever since it will say connecting but never does. other than the two minor things i would still recomend this tv to anyone looking for a good set at a great price.

i bought this tv on sale from target. the picture is up to the standard of modern smart tvs. that's the only thing going for it. this product was very frustrating during start up and the customizable options for the user seem sparse. the device asked us to download the smarthub app during set up (we had to set up twice) and was so difficult to pair with our google smart home during set up that we gave up. we've had repeat issues with black screens with audio when streaming. the worst part has been the emails. being compelled to create a samsung account or linking your google account automatically signs you up for their promotional emails. they come far too often, and they honestly clog my inbox unlike any other emails i've elected to receive. i regret buying this television.

difficult to set up with a comcast connection. the instruction manual is supposed to be online but no one in our house could figure out the obscure instructions to reach it. the picture is fine for the price, but nothing special. same for the sound. i guess $550 buys you a very average 55" tv. ok for the price but nothing outstanding. overall i have had good experiences with samsung products lasting long without problems.

we had another samsung 55" curved tv before this one. the screen began to get purple "spots" on it, and samsung denied any knowledge (yet forbes wrote they were told by samsung it was an "inherent" issue). we bought another samsung 55" curved because we liked the picture quality that the previous samsung had. the 2020 version has more options for picture calibration, although i feel samsung could have offered more guidance for an accurate calibration. i like that the picture calibration transferred to my xbox for gaming and viewing.

This TV isn't what I expected

i've had this tv for less than a month and within the first week, i was experiencing issues. here are the problems i've dealt with so far: - the tv constantly disconnects from the internet. it isn't my router because all other devices (including my firestick) work - apps constantly crash or just won't open (again they work on my firestick) - sometimes the tv won't even turn even after pressing the on the button multiple times - the antenna connector in the back is sideways which makes it very difficult to attach the antenna i bought this tv based on the previous reviews but i wish i had looked into buying a different brand all togehter. i'm not sure if i got a bad batch but i'm very disappointed in this samsung product.

Problems since first week

i purchased this tv 2 months ago and have had continous issues with it. it will not turn on even when using the remote or the power button on the tv, and i have to disconnect it from the outlet at least three times a week (per the troubleshooting) to get it to turn on. it is wall mounted which is a real pain. i have tried contacting samsung support for a repair and have been given the run around. i have always purchased lg products but took a chance which was a huge mistake. this tv is laggy, doesn't connect to airplay, and most inportantly doesn't turn on over half the time. worst purchase ever.

The Picture Quality is AMAZING

Since owning this TV, I am continually impressed by the size of the display and the picture quality I get from it. I primarily use it to for video streaming and gaming, both of which are phenomenal with this TV. The gaming mode really enhances the picture when I'm playing games, and with the HDR compatibility, games like Destiny 2 look absolutely stunning with the range of colors and shadows that a normal TV wouldn't be able to display. I am, overall, impressed by this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who games or just wants a nicer TV in general.
